Bill Izlar

Bill Izlar began his real estate career in 1982. Since then he has closed more than 400 million dollars in sales or financings. His experience covers all aspects of the real estate industry, including the sales of office buildings, retail centers, apartment complexes and industrial buildings.

From 1998 through 2010 Bill was an owner/manager of 9 apartment complexes representing over 1500 units in metro Atlanta. The management company had a staff of 40 full-time employees and an operating budget in excess of 10 million dollars.

Bill joined Harry Norman in 2012 bringing 30 years of real estate knowledge and negotiating skills to the residential real estate market. Bill, a true Atlantan, grew up in Ansley Park. His local knowledge of the Buckhead, Vinings and Sandy Springs markets, coupled with his strong analytics, provides a wealth of information for either buyers or sellers
